Dense Bean Salad

This dense bean salad was made by the gods! I combined three different recipes that I have seen on social media and this is the one that tastes like it could be my last meal on earth. 

It is a mouthful of flavor PLUS it will keep you full for hours, even if you ate it alone without a protein. 

Ingredients:

1 shallot, sliced thinly

½ cup cilantro

½ cup roasted red peppers (I love the trader joes brand for this)

1 can great northern beans, drained

1 can garbanzo beans, drained

¼ red wine vinegar

½ cup olive oil

1 tbs Trader Joes Crunchy Chili Onion sprinkle seasoning blend

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight for the best flavor.
